How do I schedule a appointmentThe best way is to book online, by clicking on the tab in the top right corner. If you experience difficulties, please email, call or text us. Our information can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Do I have to pay online or in person?We have made it convient to pay online or in person. If you choose to pay in person, you will still be requested to provide a form of payment to reserve an appointment with Alpacas. This credit card imformation remains encrypted for your protection. However when you show up for your appointment, we can charge your card or you can pay in person.

No Show PolicyFailure to cancel a booking 24 hrs prior to appointment will result in a $10 no show fee.

Return PolicyAt this time we do not accept returns. In certain circumstances, if our inventory allows, we can offer an exchange for clothing that does not fit.

Policy for appointmentPrior to meeting the Alpacas you will be required to sign a release of liability form. We have also provided a copy of that form on our website. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our terms of service.
